Surface Float Store Purchases

  • Our shop is currently only open to residents of Canada
  • All prices are listed in CAD
  • Taxes are calculated based on your billing address (province)
  • The Early Adopters limited time offer promotion ends Dec 31, 2019
  • The Early Adopters limited time offer promotion is restricted to 4/person
  • The Early Adopters limited time offer promotion includes exclusive invitation to float at our soft-opening
  • All passes non-shareable, they are for your personal floating practice
  • Early Adopters Passes, and Float & Restore Cycle credits expire 15 months after opening date

Gift Card Purchases (via the app, offsite)

  • When the giftee books their float, we will create their account and load the gift card balance.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

  • No cash value.

  • We cannot replace lost gift cards — please keep them safe.

  • Gift cards have no expiry date. However, once a gift card is redeemed and the service credit is added to the account (but not used immediately), the client will have 1 year to claim the service.
